Product Description

The Simpson E-Z-Click Corner-Mount/Drilled-In Injection Port Kit is a purpose-built concrete repair system designed to take the mess out of crack injection work while helping contractors and DIYers move faster and more efficiently. The E-Z-Click injection fitting installs onto the end of the Optimix mixing nozzle and clicks securely onto the E-Z-Click ports during injection, creating a positive connection that eliminates leakage and keeps your work area clean. The EIPX port is engineered to serve double duty - functioning as a surface-mount port in corners and as a drilled-in port on flat surfaces, making it a versatile option across a wide range of concrete repair applications.

Key Features

  • Positive click connection holds firmly during injection - eliminates messy leakage so you minimize epoxy waste and spend less time on clean-up
  • No drilling required for most applications - the E-Z-Click ports paste directly to the concrete surface, reducing prep time and keeping the repair less invasive
  • Instant epoxy shutoff when the fitting disconnects - simply unclick the fitting from the port and epoxy stops flowing immediately, with no leaky mess between injection points
  • Pull-to-close port head seals the port after injection - pulling the head of the E-Z-Click port out closes it off and prevents any further leakage once the cavity is filled
  • Solo-operator friendly design - the secure click connection holds the fitting in place so one person can work faster without needing a second hand to hold the tube on the port
  • Dual-use EIPX port geometry - designed to function as a surface-mount port in corners and a drilled-in port on flat surfaces, giving you flexibility across different repair scenarios without switching port styles

Why This Product

  • Cleaner repairs from start to finish - the positive click connection and pull-to-close port head work together to contain epoxy precisely where it belongs, cutting down on wasted material and messy job sites
  • Faster workflow with a single operator - because the fitting clicks securely onto each port without being held in place, one person can move through an entire crack injection job without stopping to wait for a helper
  • Two applications covered by one port style - the EIPX design handles both corner surface-mount and flat-surface drilled-in scenarios, so you carry fewer components and adapt to the repair in front of you
  • Less surface disruption on most jobs - because no drilling is required for most applications when ports are pasted directly to the concrete, the repair process is faster and less damaging to the surrounding structure
