Factory Direct Supply was founded in 2000 by Tony Sardinia with a clear mission: give contractors and builders direct access to high-quality construction supplies at competitive prices, backed by knowledgeable, friendly service. We Supply Solutions — and more than two decades later, that mission hasn't changed. We still pick up the phone, we still know our products, and we still show up when it matters.

We are a construction supply distributor, manufacturer, and fabricator serving the construction industry across two channels: a nationwide online store shipping to the continental United States, and a regional operation with 6 locations across Florida — in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Port St. Lucie, and Cocoa — providing local distribution, fabrication, and delivery throughout Central and South Florida and the Treasure Coast.

What we distribute, manufacture, and deliver locally
For contractors and builders throughout Central and South Florida and the Treasure Coast, we distribute, manufacture, and deliver building materials directly to your job site. Our local supply includes:
- Building materials
- Concrete and cement
- Lumber
- Structural steel and rebar
- Welded wire mesh
- Mortar and grout
We also operate full structural steel and rebar fabrication facilities, including custom steel components such as columns.
Our fabrication capabilities include:
- 3,000 tons per month rebar capacity
- 2 red iron fabrication locations with state-of-the-art equipment and more than 15 weld stations
- 6 in-house detailers and over 13 outside detailers
- 5 in-house estimators
- 7 install crews ranging from 3 to 20 men
- Over 1,000 completed projects ranging from $10,000 to $4,500,000 in value
- AISC certification pending
