The Simpson Strong-Tie DGT2.37/11.88 DGT Top-Flange Fire Wall Hanger is engineered for multifamily, multilevel Type III residential construction. This patent-pending, load-tested hanger carries a two-hour fire rating and is the first fire wall hanger designed to install with a power nailer - saving valuable time before drywall is hung and helping keep construction projects on schedule. Tested to ASTM E814 standards, the DGT is fire rated for use on both sides of the wall and is made in the United States.
