Simpson MBHU3.56/16KT MBHU 3-9/16-in. x 16-in. Galvanized Masonry Beam Hanger with Screws/Anchors is a Simpson Strong-Tie face-mounted connector engineered for attaching beams directly to masonry or concrete walls. As a non-welded, one-piece design, it supports solid sawn lumber, engineered wood beams, and trusses with confidence. Installation hardware - including Titen HD screw anchors and Strong-Drive SDS Heavy-Duty Connector screws - is included in the kit, and because the Titen HD anchor is installed after the wall is built, placement is far more precise and straightforward than with traditional cast-in-place bolts.

- Why is the Titen HD anchor easier to install than cast-in-place bolts?
- Because the Titen HD screw anchor is installed after the masonry wall is already built, it can be positioned precisely where needed. This eliminates the guesswork and alignment challenges associated with cast-in-place bolts, which must be set before the wall is constructed.

Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. You will be notified within 24 hours of ordering to confirm delivery. Lift gates for deliveries are available for an additional fee.
