The Simpson EPB44PHDG EPB Hot-Dip Galvanized Pier-Block Elevated Post Base for 4x4 is a Simpson Strong-Tie cast-in-place post base engineered to provide a secure, code-compliant connection between 4x4 posts or columns and concrete foundations. Ideal for decks, patio covers, and other top-supported structures, this base delivers the code-required 1-inch standoff to help protect post ends from moisture and rot. The hot-dip galvanized finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance, making it well suited for exterior and treated-wood applications.
