Simpson CIP-F22 Flexible Crack Injection Paste-Over Adhesive and Crack Sealant (22 oz.) by Simpson Strong-Tie is a flexible, peelable, and fast-curing polyurea paste-over material designed to temporarily seal cracks and secure injection ports over concrete prior to epoxy or urethane foam injection repair. Its zero-VOC, non-sag paste formula delivers reliable performance on horizontal, vertical, and overhead surfaces, while its moderate bond strength allows for clean, easy removal once the repair job is complete.

- How is the CIP-F22 paste-over removed after a crack injection job?
- CIP-F can be peeled off at the completion of a crack injection job by pulling on starter tabs placed under the lead edge surface at the time of application, or by prying under the paste-over. The material remains flexible after cure, which makes removal easier.
- How long does the CIP-F22 take to cure?
- At 72 deg.F (22 deg.C), the gel time is 4 minutes and the full cure time is 1 hour. At colder temperatures of 40 deg.F (4 deg.C), the gel time extends to 9 minutes and the cure time extends to 3 hours.
