The Simpson Strong-Tie Strong-Bolt 2 Wedge Anchor (Model STB2-1001000F4) is a 1 in. x 10 in. zinc-plated carbon steel expansion anchor engineered for high-performance fastening in both cracked and uncracked concrete. Designed by Simpson Strong-Tie, this wedge-type anchor is an optimal choice for demanding structural applications, including those subject to seismic and high-wind conditions. Dual undercutting embossments on each clip segment enable secondary expansion should a crack form and intersect the anchor location, significantly increasing the anchor's ability to carry load if the hole expands.
