The Simpson Strong-Tie FCB47.5-R25 is an economical, high-performance 7-1/2-inch bypass framing fixed-clip connector engineered for cold-formed steel (CFS) construction. Rated for tension, compression, shear, and in-plane loads, the FCB clip gives structural designers the flexibility to specify different screw and anchorage patterns that conform to desired load levels. Fabricated from 54 mil (16-gauge) steel with a G90 zinc galvanized finish for corrosion resistance, this connector is built and tested by a manufacturer with more than 50 years of experience in structural product design and manufacturing. Each package contains 25 connectors.
