The Simpson Strong-Tie BA610 is a top-flange joist hanger engineered for dependable performance in both engineered wood and solid sawn lumber applications. Designed to fit nominal 6x10 lumber, this one-piece hanger delivers cost-effective structural support without the added expense of welded alternatives. The BA series accommodates a range of load conditions - carrying medium loads with solid sawn lumber and higher loads when paired with engineered wood products. With the flexibility of minimum nailing using positive-angle nailing (PAN) for moderate load conditions, and maximum nailing options for heavier demands, the BA610 adapts to the needs of the job.

- For modified hangers, fastener quantity listed in tables may need to increase depending on joist size, skew and slope. All modified hangers are 12 ga.
- Hangers may be modified for slopes and/or skews up to 45 deg.. The top flanges may be sloped as much as 35 deg. and may be open or closed up to 30 deg.. See Modifications and Associated Load Reductions under Specifications

Freight shipping Policy:
Orders/Items too large or heavy may require special handling/Shipping and may require to be sent by truck. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. You will be notified within 24 hours of ordering to confirm delivery. Lift gates for deliveries are available for an additional fee.
