The Simpson BA5.12/14 BA Top-Flange Joist Hanger is an engineered, one-piece steel connector designed for use with double 2-1/2 in. x 14 in. engineered wood and solid sawn lumber members. This top-flange hanger is capable of carrying medium loads with solid sawn lumber and higher loads with engineered wood products. The BA series features minimum nailing with positive-angle nailing (PAN) to address moderate load conditions, while maximum nailing configurations support higher structural loads. Stamped from durable 12-gauge steel with a G90 zinc galvanized finish, the BA5.12/14 delivers long-lasting corrosion resistance and dependable structural performance in a cost-effective, single-piece format.

- For modified hangers, fastener quantity listed in tables may need to increase depending on joist size, skew and slope. All modified hangers are 12 ga.

Freight shipping Policy:
Orders/Items too large or heavy may require special handling/Shipping and may require to be sent by truck. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. You will be notified within 24 hours of ordering to confirm delivery. Lift gates for deliveries are available for an additional fee.
