The Simpson BA1.56/11.88 BA Top-Flange Joist Hanger is engineered for use with both engineered wood products and solid sawn lumber, providing reliable, medium-to-high load capacity in a cost-effective one-piece design. This top-flange hanger fits a 1-1/2 in. x 11-7/8 in. member and is manufactured from 12-gauge steel with a Zinc Galvanized (G90) coating for superior corrosion resistance. The BA series supports moderate load conditions with minimum nailing using positive-angle nailing (PAN) and scales up to higher loads with maximum nailing - making it a versatile and efficient solution for a wide range of structural framing applications. Made in the United States.

Options
- Other widths are available; specify W dimension (the minimum W dimension is 1 9/16").
- For modified hangers, fastener quantity listed in tables may need to increase depending on joist size, skew and slope. All modified hangers are 12 ga.
- Hangers may be modified for slopes and/or skews up to 45 deg.. The top flanges may be sloped as much as 35 deg. and may be open or closed up to 30 deg.. See Modifications and Associated Load Reductions under Specifications

Freight shipping Policy:
Orders/Items too large or heavy may require special handling/Shipping and may require to be sent by truck. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. You will be notified within 24 hours of ordering to confirm delivery. Lift gates for deliveries are available for an additional fee.
