Pipe by Simpson Strong-Tie is a cast-in-place post and column base engineered to secure the bottom of 4x4 posts or columns to concrete - ideal for decks, patio covers, and similar top-supported outdoor structures. Its hot-dip galvanized finish delivers superior corrosion resistance for exterior and treated-wood applications, while the adjustable standoff design provides the code-required 1 in. clearance above concrete to help prevent post-end rot.
