The Simpson Strong-Tie ECCO4 End Column Cap is engineered to deliver strong, reliable column-to-beam connections in end-of-beam applications on top of steel members. Designed without legs, the ECCO4 allows for field-welded attachment directly to steel columns and beams, offering flexibility in the field without sacrificing structural integrity. The seat of the column cap extends beyond one side of the column, providing additional bearing surface area that helps distribute load from the beam and reinforce the connection.
