The Simpson PBV6 Hidden Standoff Post Base is a circular, concealed post base engineered by Simpson to create a structurally sound, finished connection between 6-in. diameter viga posts and concrete. Part of the Simpson Decorative Hardware line, this pre-engineered, load-rated connector is designed for exposed wood applications where appearance matters as much as performance - attaching to concrete via threaded rod and epoxy, and fastening to the underside of the viga post with Strong-Drive SDS Heavy-Duty Connector screws to keep all hardware out of sight.
