The Simpson Strong-Tie SCB47.5-KT SCB Bypass Framing Slide-Clip Connector Kit is a time-saving, high-performance solution designed specifically for bypass framing applications. This kit simplifies design and detailing for engineers while reducing field labor and material costs. At 7-1/2 in. in length and manufactured from 54 mil (16 ga.) G90 galvanized steel, the SCB connector accommodates a variety of stand-off conditions and steel stud sizes. Where designs have traditionally required two parts to handle large stand-offs, the SCB can take their place - streamlining installation and improving overall efficiency. Each kit includes 25 connectors and 83 precision shouldered screws, providing everything needed for immediate use on the job site.
