Simpson Strong-Tie VPA2.1 Variable Pitch Connector by Simpson Strong-Tie is an 18-gauge galvanized variable pitch connector designed for 2-1/16" joist width applications. This connector provides a field-adjustable solution for attaching rafters to the top plate, eliminating the need for notched rafters, beveled top plates, and toe nailing.
