Product Description
The Baileigh Hydraulic Press Brake BP-17913CNC is a heavy-duty industrial bending solution engineered for high-volume fabrication shops that demand precision, power, and reliability. Delivering an impressive 179 tons of pressure across a 13-foot working length, this machine is built to handle large-scale sheet metal bending with confidence. Its industrial-grade hydraulic system, featuring components from Vickers/Eaton and Nachi, is designed to perform at peak capacity for many years of continuous operation.
Key Features
- Delivers 179 tons of pressure for tackling demanding bending applications with heavy-gauge material
- Offers a 13-foot (157-inch) working length and 123 inches of distance between the housings, allowing large sheets to be positioned and bent with ease
- Runs on 220-volt 3-phase power, compatible with standard industrial electrical infrastructure
- Industrial-grade hydraulic system with Vickers/Eaton and Nachi components will last for many years at peak capacity
- Torque tube connects the two hydraulic cylinders, so they always stay synchronized and parallel to the bending table, ensuring consistent, accurate bends along the full length of the machine
- Chain drive linkage keeps hydraulic cylinders in time with each other, so the machine stays balanced and lasts longer
- Hydraulic cylinders are positioned near the back of the machine for convenient fluid changes, reducing downtime during routine maintenance

Frequently Asked Questions
- How much bending force does the BP-17913CNC produce?
- The BP-17913CNC delivers 179 tons of pressure, making it well-suited for heavy-duty industrial bending operations involving large or thick sheet metal workpieces.
- What is the working length and housing clearance on this press brake?
- This machine offers a 13-foot (157-inch) working length and 123 inches of distance between the housings, providing ample room to position and maneuver large sheets during bending.
- How does the machine keep the hydraulic cylinders synchronized during operation?
- A torque tube connects the two hydraulic cylinders so they always stay synchronized and parallel to the bending table. Additionally, a chain drive linkage keeps the hydraulic cylinders in time with each other, ensuring the machine stays balanced and lasts longer.
- What power supply is required to run the BP-17913CNC?
- The BP-17913CNC runs on 220-volt 3-phase power, which is standard in most industrial and professional fabrication shop environments.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
It is important to assess the product being shipped against your location and material-handling capabilities.
Please be aware that your location needs to be prepared to properly handle and sign for freight shipments. You need to have access to a dock location, a forklift or the ability to unload the product from the freight carrier's trailer.
If your location does not have a traditional loading dock or forklift to unload your LTL freight out of the trailer, a Lift gate service will be required. There will be an additional charge for the service. It varies by carrier and even by market with different carriers. It often depends on the supply and demand of lift gate equipped trucks in your area.
Some machines require Flatbed shipping. There will be an additional charge for this service. Flatbed shipping is for the transportation of cargo that cannot be loaded or unloaded from a dock, or does not fit within the dimensions of standard truck trailers. A flatbed’s design allows for cranes and forklifts to load goods from all angles.
If a shipment is too heavy or the footprint (i.e., panel saws, metalworking lathes, mill/drills) is too large to ship via small parcel carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx), it is shipped via a freight carrier. Freight shipments are considered tail gate deliveries, meaning that the driver is only responsible for moving the shipment to the rear of the trailer and will not assist with unloading.
For non-commercial deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window and confirm if lift gate services are required. If lift gate service is requested, the driver is responsible for lowering the product to the ground during delivery. Freight shipments delivered to a residential location are considered curb side deliveries, meaning the driver will make the delivery in the street at the end of the customer’s driveway. Freight Carriers are not required to enter driveways to make residential deliveries due to liability and safety issues.
Although most deliveries go smoothly, sometimes there are exceptions beyond our control. Machines weighing over 2,000 pounds, bulky and oversized machines with a large footprint may not be able to be delivered via a lift gate for risk of injury or damage to the machine. There are also inaccessible remote, residential or high density urban areas that freight carriers cannot safely access. If encountered, such shipments are available for dock delivery or will be required to be picked up from the carrier’s terminal.
