Product Description

The Baileigh Press Brake BP-11210 CNC is a heavy-duty hydraulic CNC press brake engineered for professional metal fabrication shops that demand precision, power, and long-term reliability. Delivering 112 tons of bending force with a working width that accommodates full 8-foot sheets of mild steel, this machine is built to handle demanding production bending operations with consistent, repeatable accuracy.

Key Features

  • Delivers 112 tons of pressure to bend sheet metal, providing the force needed for heavy-gauge fabrication work
  • Distance between the housings lets you slide in 8' pieces of mild steel, maximizing versatility for full-sheet bending operations
  • Industrial-grade hydraulic system with a Vickers/Eaton pump will last for many years at peak capacity, ensuring dependable long-term performance
  • NOK hydraulic seals from Japan are some of the best in the industry - they'll keep the hydraulics running smoothly for years of high-demand use
  • Torque tube connects the two hydraulic cylinders, so they always stay synchronized and parallel to the bending table, delivering consistent bend accuracy across the full working width
  • Hydraulic cylinders are positioned near the back of the machine for convenient fluid changes, minimizing downtime during routine maintenance
  • Chain drive linkage keeps hydraulic cylinders in time with each other, so the machine stays balanced and lasts longer under continuous production conditions

Frequently Asked Questions

How much bending force does the Baileigh BP-11210 CNC produce?
This press brake delivers 112 tons of pressure to bend sheet metal, making it well-suited for heavy-gauge mild steel and demanding production bending applications.
What is the maximum sheet width this press brake can accommodate?
The distance between the housings lets you slide in 8' pieces of mild steel, allowing you to work with full 8-foot sheets without needing to reposition the material.
What makes the hydraulic system on the BP-11210 CNC reliable for long-term use?
The machine features an industrial-grade hydraulic system with a Vickers/Eaton pump that will last for many years at peak capacity. It also uses NOK hydraulic seals from Japan, which are some of the best in the industry and are designed to keep the hydraulics running smoothly over extended periods of heavy use.
How does the BP-11210 CNC maintain accuracy and balance across the full bending width?
A torque tube connects the two hydraulic cylinders so they always stay synchronized and parallel to the bending table. Additionally, a chain drive linkage keeps the hydraulic cylinders in time with each other, ensuring the machine stays balanced and lasts longer during continuous production operation.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

It is important to assess the product being shipped against your location and  material-handling capabilities.

Please be aware that your location needs to be prepared to properly handle and sign for freight shipments. You need to have access to a dock location, a forklift or the ability to unload the product from the freight carrier's trailer.

If your location does not have a traditional loading dock or forklift to unload your LTL freight out of the trailer, a Lift gate service will be required. There will be an additional charge for the service. It varies by carrier and even by market with different carriers. It often depends on the supply and demand of lift gate equipped trucks in your area.

Some machines require Flatbed shipping. There will be an additional charge for this service. Flatbed shipping is for the transportation of cargo that cannot be loaded or unloaded from a dock, or does not fit within the dimensions of standard truck trailers. A flatbed’s design allows for cranes and forklifts to load goods from all angles.

If a shipment is too heavy or the footprint (i.e., panel saws, metalworking lathes, mill/drills) is too large to ship via small parcel carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx), it is shipped via a freight carrier. Freight shipments are considered tail gate deliveries, meaning that the driver is only responsible for moving the shipment to the rear of the trailer and will not assist with unloading.

For non-commercial deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window and confirm if lift gate services are required. If lift gate service is requested, the driver is responsible for lowering the product to the ground during delivery. Freight shipments delivered to a residential location are considered curb side deliveries, meaning the driver will make the delivery in the street at the end of the customer’s driveway. Freight Carriers are not required to enter driveways to make residential deliveries due to liability and safety issues.

Although most deliveries go smoothly, sometimes there are exceptions beyond  our control. Machines weighing over 2,000 pounds, bulky and oversized machines with a large footprint may not be able to be delivered via a lift gate for risk of injury or damage to the machine. There are also inaccessible remote, residential or high density urban areas that freight carriers cannot safely access. If encountered, such shipments are available for dock delivery or will be required to be picked up from the carrier’s terminal.
