The Simpson Strong-Tie HTT5KT HTT 16-in. Heavy Tension Tie Kit is a high-strength, single-piece formed heavy tension tie engineered by Simpson Strong-Tie to deliver reliable medium-to-high tension load resistance in post-pour, concrete-to-steel connections. Measuring 2-1/2 in. wide by 16 in. long and constructed from 11-gauge steel with a G90 galvanized finish, this rivet-free holdown is fastened with #10 Strong-Drive SD Connector screws and is suitable for both retrofit and new construction applications.
