Simpson CCQ46SDS2.5 CCQ Column Cap for 4x Beam, 6x Post with Strong-Drive SDS Screws by Simpson Strong-Tie is engineered to provide a high-capacity column-beam connection in wood construction. The CCQ design features an extended bearing seat that reaches beyond each side of the column, helping distribute load from the beam and providing additional support at the connection point. Strong-Drive SDS Heavy-Duty Connector screws are used in place of traditional through bolts, delivering faster installation and attachment to a greater net section area of the column.
