The Simpson H10S 18-Gauge Galvanized Hurricane Tie is a heavy-duty structural connector from Simpson Strong-Tie designed to resist high winds and seismic forces by positively connecting trusses and rafters to the top of wall of the structure. Measuring 5 inches wide by 11 5/8 inches tall and formed from 18-gauge steel with a G90 zinc galvanized finish for superior corrosion resistance, the H10S delivers reliable uplift and lateral load resistance across a wide range of solid-sawn and engineered lumber applications.
