Simpson PP62-RP10 Adhesive Piston Plug for 5/8 in. Hole Diameter is a precision-engineered plastic plug from Simpson Strong-Tie designed for use with the Simpson Strong-Tie Piston Plug Delivery System. This system is purpose-built for dispensing adhesive into drilled holes for threaded rod and rebar dowel installations in overhead, upwardly inclined, and horizontal orientations, as well as deep embedments and submerged (underwater) concrete conditions. The matched tolerance design between the piston plug and the drilled hole virtually eliminates the formation of voids and air pockets during adhesive dispensing, ensuring consistent, reliable anchor placement.
